Busser Howell is a blind abstract painter and sculptor based in New York City. His work is in the permanent collections of the 9/11 Memorial Museum, the Smithsonian, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. In 2018 he delivered a lecture at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Jackson Pollock.
